1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cheetah Canvas ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cheetah Canvas is an AI-powered platform that generates production-ready web applications based on natural language prompts. The Service includes AI code generation, live preview, code editing, deployment, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free Plan: Includes 5 prompts with no credit card required.
  • Plus Plan ($29/mo): 250 prompts per month with faster generation and priority support.
  • Pro Plan ($49/mo): 500 prompts per month with advanced AI models and priority & email support.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Prompt Usage

Each message sent to the AI counts as one prompt. Unused prompts do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Viewing previews, exporting code, and deploying do not consume prompts.

6. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

  • You own 100% of the code generated through Cheetah Canvas.
  • You may use, modify, distribute, and commercialize your generated code without restriction.
  • Cheetah Canvas retains ownership of the platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology.
  • You grant us no rights over your generated content beyond what is needed to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate malicious software, malware, or code intended to cause harm.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform.
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service beyond your plan limits.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Code generated by AI may contain errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to production. Cheetah Canvas is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of AI-generated code.

9. Deployment

Cheetah Canvas offers one-click deployment through third-party providers (e.g., Vercel). Deployed applications are subject to the terms and policies of the respective hosting provider. We are not responsible for uptime, performance, or costs associated with third-party hosting.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cheetah Canvas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your projects and code. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion unless required by law to retain it.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
